Please note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to product defects or shipping errors, CozyDuty will cover all return shipping costs.

For returns due to change of mind, size, or preference, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
